Warranty Information
InterMountain Railway Company provides a new product warranty for the period of 1 year from the date of purchase from an Authorized InterMountain Reseller, and less than 3 years from the date of initial product shipment from InterMountain.

This warranty only covers defects in material and workmanship only, and is non-transferable. 

This warranty does not cover the product in any way after modification, customization, or service by anyone NOT authorized by InterMountain Railway Company.  The warranty does not cover damage caused by excessive voltage, abuse, handling, normal wear items (i.e. lights), and items NOT purchased directly from an Authorized InterMountain Reseller.

A copy of the original sale receipt may be required for warranty claims.  InterMountain Railway Company reserves the right to either repair or replace the item, at its sole discretion.
